Milled bust type 2 escudos, dated 1788, Charles III, Madrid mint, assayer M, NGC graded AU55.  An excellent coin, nicer than the images suggest due to the difficulty in taking coin images through the plastic holder.  Coin is slightly smaller than a quarter in size.
